Lynn's Home Living Tip #1: How to Start Your Old S200 or S620 Toro Snowthrower

Starting that old S200 or S620 snowthrower a problem for you? You know the gasoline is fresh and it's the right mix of oil and gas, and you're sure the spark plug is good but it just won't start. You don't have a heated garage to warm it up you say? Lynn's Home Living has an easy tip for you to help solve this common problem. The easiest way to start her up is to place a hairblower pointed directly on the motor, which is easy because there's an open spot on the side, and leave the hairblower in place for about 5 minutes. You can get your shovel and clean off your front stoop while you're waiting or scrape the snow off your car. Drag the machine outside and prime several times with your finger (glove off) making sure you're covering the pinhole in the center, turn the choke a couple of times for good measure, and pull. If she won't start, prime a few more times (counting 1 1000, 2 1000, etc. while pressing the primer). You'll have a running machine.
